Falcon Modular Structures is a company that manufactures prefab panels used in the construction of easily assembled structures that are specifically engineered for remote or inaccessible locations. Using state-of-the-art materials and proprietary engineering and manufacturing technology, Falcon Modular Structures designs and produces structures that are mold resistant and energy efficient. Due to the innovative use of modern materials that withstand the elements as well as insulation and vapour barrier designs that prevent cold and moisture migration into the interior of the structures, Falcon Modular Structures’ units are manufactured to have a lifespan of more than 40 years. The components for the finished house are then flat-packed and shipped to the final destination exactly the same way that Ikea ships its furniture.

Some call the process modular construction. We call it component construction because of the special elements involved and how we engineer them. For example, we add cutting edge, mold resistant, Rockwool insulation to the equation and deliver a product that matches existing facilities or design concepts aesthetically. We can deliver whatever “look” our project partner wants - from stucco to brick, even stone. First, we make sure that we understand the objectives of the specific project.  Then, we produce a design that satisfies the needs and mitigates the challenges for the specific environments that the project will be built in.

Once design is approved, our highly skilled and experienced construction team begins work in a strictly contained, quality-controlled environment.  Only top-quality materials are used and while we’re in action at our factory in Montreal, the foundation can be laid at the proposed site. Once built, these steel and wood modules are transported to the final location for set-up on the awaiting foundations. All of this can be accomplished in a fraction of the time of on-site construction, saving time and enhancing the return on investment.
